Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be in their original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).

• Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item(s) back.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

• Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
