Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Tags must still be attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at peaksandsummitcoach@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item(s) back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Undergarments, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
